(Foto: JB Neto/AE)..Um estudante de 14 anos foi morto a facadas porque foi mal-interpretado por um homem de 40 anos. O crime ocorreu na madrugada desta quarta-feira (21) no Jardim Peri, na zona norte de São Paulo, após o garoto rir com um amigo. A vítima foi abordada após descer em um ponto de ônibus na rua Índio Peri, próximo à avenida Peri Ronchetti.
De acordo com informações preliminares, o garoto conversava e dava risadas com outro estudante, quando foi abordado por dois irmãos, um de 40 anos, autor do crime, e outro de 34. Eles acharam que os meninos estavam caçoando deles.
Com isso, uma discussão teve início e o irmão mais novo segurou um dos adolescentes para que ele fosse esfaqueado. A cena foi vista por uma testemunha, que acionou a central 190 da Polícia Militar.
O colega da vítima conseguiu escapar. O adolescente ferido chegou a ser encaminhado para o pronto-socorro do Mandaqui, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu.
Os irmãos foram detidos pelos policiais e reconhecidos pelo adolescente que fugiu na delegacia da Casa Verde (13º DP). O suspeito de assassinato deve responder por homicídio qualificado pelo motivo torpe.
